Your Voice
One of Nielsens key information sources is its online consumer panel, called Your Voice. Nielsen came to Gravity as it required a comprehensive technological solution, encompassing a multi-lingual website for procuring new panelists, profiling potential survey participants and servicing panel members with a reward redemption system through an online catalogue. In addition, Nielsen was in need of a sophisticated profiling and sampling tool to enable selection of panelists for inclusion in online surveys. The solution had to be able to handle many thousands of user visits and transactions on a daily basis.
Turnkey panel management solution
Gravity developed a completely new structure, design and technological backbone for Nielsen's Your Voice website (www.yourvoice.net). A detailed architecture was created collaboratively, defining the new website, members area and a proprietary set of tools for managing panelist sampling.
Gravity's platform is now used to handle content management, reward product details and reward ordering, along with panelist profiles information capturing and storage. The platform's integrated email broadcasting system provides an efficient solution to personalised email survey invitations and reporting. And with custom code integrated into Gravity's content management templates, the website can easily adopt proprietary functionality for panel sampling.
Nielsen has rolled out the new solution, powered by Gravity, for its panel management in various countries around the world.
